Gears have been redesigned for maximum strength and durability.
> A unique non-rotating annular piston locking actuator is designed to eliminate air leaks sometimes found with rotating seals.
> The annular piston is also designed to eliminate the oil blow back in the air exhaust line.
> The large piston area give maximum hold-in force to reduce the possibility of jumping out of lock.
> Locking ring gives full 6mm positive engagement with side gear, again reducing the possibility of jumping out of lock.
> Gears have been redesigned for maximum strength and durability.
> The lock ring is made from high spec 300m steel to provide ultimate strength and ability to withstand shock loads.
> Locking actuator cage made from steel to withstand shock loading caused by power locking.
> Locker body turned from billet 817M40T (EN24T) to give optimum strength.
> Only change necessary to fit the locker is drill and tap the diff housing 1/4” bsp for the air feed fitting.
> No changes to the axle case.
> Requires on board air supply - not supplied. (DA4190 - ARB compressor assembly 12 volt)
