  1. When do we ship?

    We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. It is usually much quicker than this, but we do allow this time. A working day is Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays)

  2. What companies do we use to ship?

    We use Royal Mail for small items (generally less than 2 kgs).

    We use Interlink Express as a courier for our UK and Europe shipments unless over-sized.

    We also use Fedex for our International shipments (USA, Australia, Japan etc.) and larger EU parcels

  3. Where do we ship to?

    We ship to all of the UK mainland and UK offshore and therefore you would need to select UK offshore as your delivery zone. We also ship to Europe, Japan, USA, Australia and most other international countries.

    We ship to PO Box and BFPO addresses.

  4. How much is shipping?

    We offer a flat rate of shipping to UK and Europe. Shipping costs are:

    • UK (Mainland): £6.95 (up to 20 kgs)
    • UK (offshore): £19.99 (up to 20kgs)
    • Europe: (up to 30kgs)
    • Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Netherlands, Republic of Ireland: £14.95
    • Zone 2: Denmark, Austria: £16.95
    • Zone 3: Italy, Spain: £18.95
    • Zone 4: Finland, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Slovenia: £21.95

    All prices are plus VAT

    Our international shipping prices vary upon weight and size of the parcel and we cannot offer a flat rate of shipping. However, the on-screen instructions will give you information on how to proceed with your order.

    Please note that the flat rate we offer are for parcels:

    • UK: up to 20 kgs
    • Europe: up to 30 kgs

    If your parcel exceeds this weight upon our processing then you will be sent an email to notify you that extra charges will apply before dispatch can take place.

  5. What are the delivery speeds?
    • UK mainland: Next working day before 3pm (excluding Highlands of Scotland as this is a 2 working day service)
    • UK offshore: 2 working days
    • Europe Zone 1: 2 working days
    • Europe zone 2: 3 working days
    • Europe Zone 3: 3 - 4 working days
    • Europe Zone 4: 4 - 6 working days

  6. Do I have to pay the flat rate for shipping?

    In a nutshell, no. We offer a Personalised Quote system for small orders – wherever in the world. Please see our Personalised Quote page for further details. Prices for small orders start from just £1.25 (UK) and £1.95 (Europe).

  7. What happens if I'm not in for delivery?

    Interlink Express will leave you a calling card and you can then contact them to arrange a delivery or to collect from their depot.

    Interlink will try to deliver your parcel again before it is returned to us. If you refuse your parcel, or if they are still unable to deliver, then a £15 charge will apply.

  8. Can I add an alternative delivery address when placing an order?

    Yes you can. Upon checkout you will be asked to enter your invoice address (matched to your card billing address) and a delivery address – you can use the same address as your invoice address or input an alternative. Please make sure all address details are correct and complete as once you have submitted your order these details cannot be changed.

  9. Can I track my order?

    Yes, if your order has been shipped using Interlink Express or Fedex then the tracking information can be located in the order details section in your lrseries.com account. Simply log in and view your order details.

  10. Can I add a delivery note to my order?

    Yes, you will see a 'Delivery Instructions' box at checkout and you can enter details such as 'Please leave with my neighbour if not in'.

    Please note that our courier's will not leave a parcel unattended or without a signature so please do not request for your parcel to be left in an unsafe place.

  11. What happens if I input the wrong delivery address?

    It is your responsibility to ensure you have entered your address details correctly. If you provide us with an incorrect address/postcode then lrseries.com cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.

  12. Can I collect from you?

    We are an internet based company only and do not operate retail premises. All orders are dispatched from our warehouse.

    However, if you are local and do wish to collect then you must still place an order first through our website – selecting 'Personalise Quote' in your basket and then choosing the 'Collection in person' option (you do not make payment at this stage). We will then process your order, send the invoice back to you to make payment and also notify you when your order is ready to be collected. When you collect please bring along your order details (your email receipt will suffice).

  13. I've just placed an order, can I "add" to it?

    Once an order has been submitted then it is not possible for us, or you, to "add" to it.

    You can, however, place a new order through the website as normal and if it's just for a small order select the 'Personalise Quote' system for cheaper shipping.

  14. Can I order, and pay, by telephone?

    Sorry no. We are an internet company only and as such all orders must be placed through our website. We take payment security very seriously and operate a secure online payment system.

  15. UK postcode restrictions

    The following postcodes are not classed as UK Mainland for delivery and therefore you would need to select UK offshore as your delivery zone:

  16. Do i have to pay customs duties & taxes?

    You are legally obliged to pay these costs, if applicable to your country, and once it is paid then the goods can be imported.

    Your customs office will notify you on how to make payment and proceed with delivery.

    All imported goods must be declared to the Customs & Excise authorities on entry and, in most cases, are subject to customs duty & VAT.
