Delivery details
Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday and at the earliest opportunity.
We use Royal Mail, Interlink Express and various other couriers to deliver your parcel.
Courier deliveries are usually the next working day for mainland UK, following dispatch and tracking information is provided upon dispatch.
If no-one is available at the time the courier is delivering your parcel then they will leave you a 'calling card'. You can then contact them to arrange a re-delivery for a day that is convenient to you or you can collect the parcel from the appropriate depot.
Royal Mail UK deliveries usually take place between 1 - 5 working days following dispatch.
The set rate shipping costs we provide are for orders weighing up to 30 kilos.
They exclude any Major Units (gearboxes, axles, engines etc.)
For any Major Unit purchases, please use the 'Personalised Quotes' feature which can be located on your basket page as soon as a product has been added to your basket. Orders paid for before 3pm are processed same working day. A working day means Monday - Friday.
For your convenience, you can add an alternative delivery address to your account (work etc.)
We require a contact telephone number, which you can add to your account upon registering your address details.
If there are any complications with your order, e.g. out of stock parts etc. then we will contact you to discuss the options.
No payment is taken until your order is processed and ready for dispatch and payment will only be taken for the items that are fulfilled/in stock in your order. This excludes Maestro/Switch/Solo.

As we endeavour to bring you, the customer, the best possible service; we also offer an option of asking us for a personalised shipping quote when you are checking out.
This is for small orders, UK or European, as we appreciate that customers do not always like to pay a flat rate.
