Before returning any item to us please contact us, via email only, including your order reference number, the part/s you wish to return and the reason of return. We will then issue you with a returns authorisation form. This form must be completed and included with your return parcel. If your return does not include this form, or you have not obtained authorisation beforehand, then we have the right to refuse any return. Please allow up to 28 days for us to process your refund.
My item is faulty or damaged
All new parts include the standard 1 years manufacturers warranty. Warranty parts must be returned to us for forwarding to the manufacturer for testing and reporting of a defect, if applicable. Allowing for exceptional circumstance; if the manufacturer states the part is not faulty the warranty claim will be rejected.
You may return any item that is faulty or damaged when received for a full refund within 30 days of receipt.
You must contact us, via email, prior to returning the goods. You must also include your order details (order number reference) and a note stating the fault.
Alternatively, we can send you a replacement item (if stocked) upon receipt and processing of the faulty part.
In these cases we will also refund the return postage. You may find it easier to use the packing materials that were used when we dispatched your order.
I have received an incorrect item with my order
You may return an incorrect item sent to you as a result of our error for a full refund.
You must contact us prior to returning the incorrect part and also must include your order number details and a note stating the reason of return.
We will refund your payment method once we have received and processed the item. In these cases we will also refund the return postage.
If you have ordered a part that you no longer require and would like to return it to us, you can do this within 14 days of receipt.

The part must be un-used and in it's original packaging. It also must be in the same condition it was received (saleable). Upon receipt, and processing, of your item we will refund your payment method.
Postal charges will not be refunded in these cases.
Postal charges (including return costs) will not be refunded in the case of order cancellations/unwanted parts.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall make L. R. Series liable for any consequential loss to the customer including any expense liability loss claim or proceeding whatsoever caused by or arising out of the late delivery, non delivery, unsuitability, incompatibility or unlawful repossession of the equipment or any part thereof or any breakdown or stoppage of the same.
