Why Personalise My Quote?
At L. R. Series Ltd we are committed to giving you the best shopping experience combined with outstanding value for money. That is why we offer flat-rate shipping on all our orders with a great value courier.
However, we know that one size doesn't always fit all and that perhaps our flat-rate doesn't make for great value shipping on your one-off dash-screw! If this is how you feel then ask us for a personalised quote!
How Does it Work?
It's really simple, but it just takes a little bit longer:
- You select 'personalise my quote' in your shopping basket.
- Click the 'Update Shipping and Quantities' button.
- Proceed to checkout, we'll ask you how you'd like your order to be shipped.
- Submit your 'order' but crucially we don't take payment.
- Within 1 working day you will get an email giving you your personalised shipping price.
- Login to your account and continue with the checkout as normal!
Who Can Personalise a Quote?
If any of the following apply to your basket:
- If you are placing an order for small parts.
- You need delivery to a country to which we are unable to offer flat-rate shipping.
- An item is too large to qualify.
- An item has a POA price.
… then you must get a personalised quote which means that this option will always be ticked. You can tell if this applies to you if your basket says POA for delivery or a product price and you won't be able to change the tickbox.
If you are in a country that we offer a flat-rate shipping rate then we allow you to request a personalised quote but by default you will use our quick checkout system with our standard shipping rate.
