How to shop
Ordering from www.lrseries.com couldn't be easier.
You can either search through our whole site using part numbers (please make sure there are no spaces in part number searches), keyword searches (just enter a word into the search box on the left) or by viewing the relevant category to your vehicle by clicking on the main category headings on the left. Once you have clicked the main heading this will open up all the sub categories.
You can also search by using the drop down box to the left. To use this feature, drop the box down and click on your relevant vehicle. Then, in the search box, enter the word of the product you are searching. This will then search through that relevant vehicle category using your keyword search.
To view the full product information click on the link of that product and it will then show you the full product details, photo (where applicable) and buying options. If you decide you want to purchase this product, simply enter the quantity in the relevant box then click 'Buy Now'. This will add the product to your basket. You can view your basket in the top right corner. Once you have added a product to your basket, our site will show you your basket page. It is automatically shown with UK Mainland as the 'Deliver to' country. If you are not in the UK mainland simply drop down the box and click on the relevant delivery country then click 'update'.
You can still continue shopping from this page if there's something you've forgotten to add! Simply click the 'Continue shopping' button at the bottom of your basket page as this will take you back to the last page you were looking at and from there you can add another product to your basket. You can continue to do this with as many products as you require to purchase.
Once you have finished buying click 'Proceed to checkout' where you can make your payment using your credit/debit card information (securely).
Please note that you must be registered with us before placing your order.
You only need to register once and for a first time user you must also activate your account. This is simply for security measures. Fill in the registration information on our site and upon submitting you will be sent an automated activation email to the email address you used to register with (please check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive this email immediately).
Once you click the link in this email you are registered with us and will not have to do this again.
Please make sure, upon registering, that you choose a username and password that is memorable to you as you will use this information each time you wish to place an order. If you forget your password, don't worry as you can request a new one then change it once logged back in to your account.
By registering with us, you can log into your account at any time you wish, view any past or present orders, change your registered postal address, email address, password etc.
After your first purchase with us and if you would like to purchase from our site again, when you are completing checkout our site will automatically remember your invoice and delivery addresses you have used previously. If you need to change your delivery address, you can still do this when completing checkout.
Please note that your credit card information is not kept in your account.
We are a mail order company and prices shown are for website orders only, unfortunately we cannot accept telephone orders.
